This was the first concert I ever produced, and it was way more of a learning experience than a “production.” There was no ticketing system, no formal budget, no official venue staff, just a team of people trying to figure it out as we went. I learned fast that running a show isn’t just about booking an artist, you have to worry about crowd control, sound issues, timing, safety, equipment that doesn’t work, people who don’t show up, and making decisions in real time when there’s no blueprint. Some things went wrong that I didn't even know could go wrong. The biggest skills I took from this were staying calm under pressure, solving problems without resources, communicating with a team instead of trying to do everything myself, and understanding how to turn chaos into something that feels intentional. This show is where I realized I wanted to keep doing this and that the only way to get better at live events is by actually doing them.
